Bremerton, Washington - Wayzgoose Kitsap & Kitsap Regional Library are excited to partner for Bremerton First Friday, with monthly programming for all ages.

From 5-7pm each month, a different local artist will be featured, along with light refreshments and a hands-on art activity for all ages. Lys Perhay is our Featured Artist for September 2025. Lys is an artist, designer, and historian from Eugene, Oregon. Her work is simple, approachable, and rooted in the familiar. She draws inspiration from old objects made by other humans, and the plants and animals of the Pacific Northwest. Lys was a steamroller artist at the 2025 WK Art Festival. Wayzgoose Kitsap is a local nonprofit, promoting community building through access to the arts. With year-round programming, our showcase event is an annual WK Art Festival held the first Saturday of June, featuring live steamroller printing. We welcome volunteers and donations year round.
